Dorsa Pharma was established in 1998 by a group of experienced scientists who aimed to provide products that meet global standards. After obtaining all the necessary permits and licenses, the company became fully operational in 2009. Dorsa Pharma is a progressive manufacturing entity that specializes in high-quality generic drugs, APIs, biosimilar, and pharmaceutical products. It is backed by a strong R&D department and some of the best experts in the pharmaceutical industry. As a member of Tavan Pharmaceutical Holding, we benefit from a complete value chain that can offer our partners and customers both local and global solutions. Dorsa Pharma is a knowledge-based drug company accredited by the Vice-Presidency office for Science and Technology. We hold a grade 'A' GMP certificate from Iran FDA, which is a member of PIC/S.

- Nitroglycerin Production:
Dorsa takes pride in being the first producer of nitroglycerin in Iran and the MENA region. We offer a diverse selection of Nitroglycerin semi-finished materials in various concentrations and dosage forms. Our finished Nitroglycerin products, including tablets, capsules, and sprays, adhere to the latest international standards set by the Food and Drug Organization of the Ministry of Health. - Bio-similar Products:
Notarkib Company (Recpharma) in Iran developed the first recombinant product, interferon-gamma 1b, followed by erythropoietin alpha. In 2019, the company merged with Dorsa Pharma to ensure the continued production and supply of sufficient quantities of the drug. Presently Dorsa is the only bio-similar producer of Interferon Gamma (Gammarec®) in the world which we export to several countries (Click here for more information on our bio-similar products)
